This project was a significant undertaking for the Hilton Hotel in India, where I served as a matte painter. My responsibilities involved a variety of interventions, including cleaning up reflections and other detailed enhancements.
One of the primary challenges was a particular scene where an actress enters a room. The original footage was shot at night, but for the final film, it needed to appear as if it were daytime. To achieve this, I utilized a segment from a previous frame that depicted the same hallway during the day. Many intricate details, such as walls and floor reflections, were meticulously hand-painted. Additionally, sky details were added across various shots to further enhance the shots.
